Refund Policy

RETURNS

OASEA SELLS FOOD PRODUCTS. THIS MEANS THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN OPENED.
 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unopened and in its original packaging.

To request a return, you must first contact us at info@oasea.be.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

REFUNDS

After receiving and verifying your return, we will send you an e-mail whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and handle the refund.
