Our dried sea moss comes from St. Lucia and is harvested directly from the Caribbean Sea.
After harvesting, the algae are dried in the sun or shade, depending on the colour. After this drying process, it is carefully packaged and shipped to Belgium.
The family farm we work with has been doing this with heart and soul for decades.
For our farmers, it is very important that this is always done in a sustainable and respectful way for marine fauna and flora.
